Gentlemen,

Due to current events we will be doing the nominations for the 3 positions on the Board of Directors via email.

The process of how this will work is below.

* There will be a DEADLINE of 7PM on  TUESDAY APRIL 7 to nominate a member.

* I will send out a reminder on Monday and again on Tuesday with the last call of 7 PM.

* MEMBERS are asked to “REPLY ALL” with their nomination.

* The NOMINEE will then “REPLY ALL” with his acceptance.
